Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 5–10 business days across metro Australia. Our partner warehouses dispatch within 1–3 business days, and you'll get tracking as soon as your order ships. Regional areas, WA, NT and New Zealand can take a few days longer.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by 4 December for metro Australia, 1 December for regional areas and TAS, and 28 November for WA, NT and New Zealand. After that, we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Where do your products ship from?
Most of our range ships from our partner warehouses overseas, which is how we keep prices fair. We say so up front, and every order is tracked door to door.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order within Australia. Shipping is included in our prices, with no fee at checkout. New Zealand orders ship free too.
Can I return something?
Faulty, damaged or not as described? We'll repair, replace or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Changed your mind? You can request a return within 30 days of delivery; contact us first and we'll send return instructions. See our refund policy.
Is butane included with the cocktail smoker?
No. Butane gas can't be sent by air, so it's never included. Any standard butane refill from a hardware store or supermarket works. See the product page for exactly what's in the box.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Add a note in the cart and we'll pass it on. Prices are never printed on the packing slip.

Most of our range ships from our partner warehouses overseas, so it needs a little more time. Here's when to order for delivery before 25 December.
