Christmas seafood platter sorted. Shuck fresh oysters at home like the fishmonger does, minus the stabbed palm.

  • Stainless oyster knife with a timber handle and a short, stiff blade that pops the hinge, not your hand.
  • Shucking clamp holds the oyster steady so it can't slip.
  • Level 5 cut-resistant glove for the hand that holds the shell.
  • Works on Sydney rock and Pacific oysters, scallops and clams.

What's in the box

1 × oyster knife with shucking clamp · 1 × cut-resistant glove (one size). Ships in two parcels.

Good to know

Sharp tool, for adults 18+. Always wear the glove on your holding hand. Not a toy.
